Prep work is the most important part of the job. We take the necessary steps to ensure our work will last for years. Steps include coating removal, pressure washing and applying 1-2 coats of stain.
Fences
Our procedure includes pressure washing, removing any existing coatings and applying 1-2 coats of stain.
Concrete Staining
The listed price is for a single color on concrete that is sound and not too porous. This includes an initial cleaning and a protective sealer applied at the end. We typically use water based dyes and stains so we don't damage plants with harsh chemicals.
Brick Staining
This is typically done during our exterior house repaints. We can transform your classic brick color to a modern color that complements your new house color and style.
Sealing
Call us to protect your exterior concrete from the elements.
Decorative Concrete
This is typically done on stamped concrete patios. We usually use a topical acrylic sealer which enhances the color and provides a matte, wet look. We can also add a product to increase the traction of your patio or pool deck (+$0.10/sq ft). Includes an initial pressure wash to clean the surface being sealed
Plain Concrete
For plain concrete driveways, patios and walkways we use a penetrating sealer that protects your slab from chemicals and excessive moisture. It does not change the look of the slab. Includes an initial pressure wash to clean the surface being sealed.
